"This is the first review I've ever written about anything. I had to write it because my experience with John was exceptional. We started seeing bees in our house from a bathroom vent. I did a Google search and this company came up - I had no prior experience with exterminators. I called the number, John answered, and he was at our house in 15 minutes! He took care of a new hive that had been built in a vent. He knows exactly what he's doing and was calm and professional every step of the way. We are so grateful!"

"Noticed many bees flying around the backyard even bumping into our windows. We called right away to try to solve the problem and right away was serviced within the hour on the same day. Quick and convenient and very helpful. Informed us we called in time before more problems would occur. Thank you for your help."

"I needed to have hundreds of bees removed from my kitchen vent and John came to the rescue! He removed all of the bees from my vent and also put a screen so they don’t come back. He was very courteous and professional. Highly recommend for the southbay residents.Thank you John for your great service!"

"John is awesome! I have asked him to come out twice for a bee hive at my building, and he is fantastic. Answers the phone, is very kind, comes promptly, and relocates the bees instead of killing them! Great service, highly recommend!"
